Procrit – An Introduction

Procrit, an erythropoiesis-stimulating agent is used for the treatment anemic patients who have undergone a kidney transplant or renal failure. In March 2007, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration declared that ESAs and Procrit are linked with an increased risk of fatal side effects or death in the patients suffering from cancer.
