I have been working in one of the leading private limited company. I was granted payment increment from May 2008 by a letter appreciating my work performance. However, I left that company in December 2008. The company failed to pay me my increment amount since then. What can I do? Kindly help me.
Approach the civil court or labor court for the recovery of your increment amount. And if in case if you fail to get justice from these courts, then you can approach high court.
